Job Profile

  • Follow up lead prospects that are generated by internal/external sources
  • Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
  • Verify customer details and guide them through an application gateway
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members
  • Explain to customers loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
  • Explaining the customers/ BA about the loan application status and discrepancies
  • Managing customer centric operation and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms.
  • Serves customers or partners by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems
  • Maintaining and assist in strengthening internal controls system
  • Interface with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
  • Any other administrative work as and when needed in operations

Skill/Knowledge

  • Experience of working in a similar fintech NBFC is preferable
  • Relevant experience in end to end retail asset operations
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Exceptional verbal communication, MIS and presentation skills
  • Interpersonal and problem solving skills
